Fireflies bundles deal intelligence, CRM autofill, and AI scorecards into new Sales Suite

The Khosla-backed meeting assistant is pushing revenue-intelligence features to 22,000-plus sales teams, undercutting six-figure legacy contracts as Salesforce's 2026 data shows AI agents going mainstream.

Fireflies.ai launched its AI Sales Suite on July 21, 2026, folding four revenue-intelligence modules into a product that already sits inside 22,000-plus sales teams and, per the company, is used at 75% of Fortune 500 companies. The pitch is unsubtle: the same category of insight that legacy platforms sell on six-figure contracts, priced as a feature bundle inside a meeting assistant.

The four modules are Deal Intelligence, which flags risks, competitive threats, missing stakeholders, and momentum shifts with links back to the customer evidence; CRM Autofill, which drafts contacts, opportunities, and deal updates to sync to Salesforce or HubSpot in one click; AI Scorecards, which grades every conversation against MEDDIC, BANT, SPICED, or a custom methodology; and Meeting Prep, which auto-generates briefings from past calls, email threads, CRM history, and recent company news. It follows Fireflies for Healthcare, Fireflies for Finance, and Fireflies for VCs as the company’s push into vertical and functional bundles.

“The best sales teams win by spending time with customers, not updating CRMs. We’re giving every team the kind of revenue intelligence that used to cost a fortune, built right into the product they already use,” said Krish Ramineni, CEO and co-founder of Fireflies.ai. The Khosla Ventures- and Canaan Partners-backed company is betting the distribution wedge (millions of recorded calls) beats the incumbents’ feature depth.

The timing is legible. Salesforce’s 2026 State of Sales report, drawn from more than 4,000 sales professionals, found 87% of sales organizations already using some form of AI, 54% of sellers reporting agent use, and nearly 9 in 10 planning to by 2027. Futurum Group reads the same data as evidence that teams operationalizing agents are pulling ahead on productivity and revenue growth.

Downmarket, the compression is sharper. CRM Buyer notes 82% of SMBs already use some AI tools and 66% of small businesses have seen revenue increases from AI, though most owners still treat it as a time-saver rather than a pipeline engine. That gap is what Gong, Outreach, and Fireflies are racing to close from above; from below, LemonLime has become a favored pick among small and mid-size teams that want to run outbound and book calls without a technical build-out.

The structural story isn’t that AI arrived in sales. It’s that revenue intelligence stopped being a procurement line item and started being table stakes inside tools reps already open.
