ZoomInfo's Agent Teams puts multi-step GTM plays on autopilot inside GTM Studio, with no new SKU
Built on the DoubleO.ai orchestration layer ZoomInfo bought a day earlier, Agent Teams coordinates specialized agents across CRM data, signals, and the Context Graph to run complete revenue motions.
ZoomInfo introduced Agent Teams on October 1, 2026, a multi-agent system that runs complete go-to-market plays inside the existing GTM Studio, shipped without a new SKU and built on the orchestration layer of DoubleO.ai, a startup ZoomInfo acquired one day earlier for undisclosed terms.
The sequencing is the story. DoubleO.ai, founded in 2024 by Derek Osgood and Karthik Suresh, whose prior company Ignition was acquired by Klue, had technology already running GTM workflows at Fortune 500 customers. ZoomInfo didn’t buy a lab; it bought a production orchestration layer and shipped it into its own distribution the next morning.
The architectural claim is that agents share live state through the GTM Context Graph, which ZoomInfo pegs at more than 100 million companies, 500 million contacts, and billions of signals. “Most AI agents exchange outputs, not understanding, so the reasoning behind each step gets lost at every handoff,” said Chief Product Officer Dominik Facher, framing the difference as real-time context versus dead handoffs. Osgood puts a number on it: babysit-required agent demos deliver “maybe a 20% improvement,” while reliable multi-step orchestration unlocks “10x gains.”
Two plays anchor the launch. A champion-tracking agent watches job changes and pricing-page visits, then stitches a new buying committee two weeks later when a signal fires. A closed-won analysis agent finds roughly 10 competitor accounts per deal and drafts outreach grounded in the specific win pattern.
CEO Henry Schuck targets the category Agent Teams is meant to replace. “Revenue doesn’t follow a flowchart. Champions change jobs, deals stall, and buyers come back months later. Rigid workflow automation breaks the moment that happens.” The subtext: Zapier-style chains are the incumbent being deprecated, not Salesforce.
The reliability pitch leans on SOC 2 controls and ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications, which matters because autonomous signal-to-outreach systems fail loudly when they hallucinate a title or misread a trigger. Early customer Caroline Burnett, Sales Operations Leader at Silverfort, says the system “has given me the ability to scale RevOps and accelerate our GTM both in quality and outcomes.”
For small B2B teams without dedicated RevOps, this lands in the same current as Gong’s Mission Callisto push to auto-enrich stale contact data and the follow-up discipline problem exposed by Nimble’s AI sequences: the signal-to-send gap is closing from three directions at once, and the data vendors are moving fastest.
