Two-thirds of HubSpot customers are now using Breeze AI — and a third have agents running on their CRM

A Huble survey of 393 HubSpot customers finds 70% plan to raise AI spending and 34% have already activated at least one Breeze agent, setting a new floor for small teams still treating HubSpot as a passive CRM.

Two-thirds of HubSpot customers are now running Breeze AI inside their CRM, and 34% have already activated at least one agent against live pipeline data, according to a survey of 393 customers that Elite Solutions Partner Huble conducted at HubSpot’s UNBOUND conference in Boston on September 16–18, 2026. Out of 432 total attendees polled, the 393-customer sample skews heavily American: 296 US respondents against 97 from 26 other countries.

The headline number is the spending intent. 70% plan to spend more or much more on AI over the next twelve months, with 23% in the “much more” bucket. Appetite is stronger abroad than at home, 77% rest-of-world versus 68% US, a reversal of the usual US-leads pattern in enterprise software adoption curves.

Breeze is no longer a side experiment. 66% of surveyed customers are using the Assistant, 61% already run two or more AI tools daily, and Breeze users are roughly twice as likely to have activated an agent as non-users, 41% versus 20%. They’re also stacking: 63% of Breeze users keep two or more third-party tools in rotation alongside it.

The use-case ranking is the operational tell. Marketing analysis and reporting leads at 68%, sales and prospecting follows at 43%, content creation sits at 30%. Outside the US, sales and prospecting jumps to 64% against a US figure of 36%, suggesting international teams are leaning harder on agents for pipeline generation while American teams still default to dashboards.

Among third-party tools, Claude edges ChatGPT 64% to 63% overall, with Copilot at 41%. The split flips geographically: US customers favor ChatGPT (65%) over Claude (62%), while outside the US Claude dominates at 72% versus 56%.

“AI is only as good as the context it works from… HubSpot shared at UNBOUND that AI with bad context actually performs worse than no AI at all,” said Rebecca Harris, CEO of Huble, whose firm has operated as a HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner since 2012 and now spans 175+ employees across nine countries.

That line is the real benchmark buried in the dataset. Last year the question was whether small teams would adopt AI inside their CRM. This year, the laggard is the team that hasn’t. See also: HubSpot wires live G2 buyer-intent signals into Breeze Assistant.
